My name is Christine Ann and I created Ann's Botanical Creations out of a life long love of herbs and how they can better our lives. The inspiration for this company came from my Grandmother who has passed away from cancer a couple years ago. She lived for a good six years after she was diagnosed with colon cancer even though the doctors gave her only six months without receiving radiation treatments. Grandma was an avid believer in natural treatments that did not harm the body with harsh side effects. Through her herbal and alternative treatments I gained respect for nature and a thirst to learn more about what so many of us have forgotten over the centuries as technology and science took root.
Science has created so many synthetic medicines from taking apart a plant to decipher which molecules gave the plant its healing properties and remove and reproduce just that part. This leaves out all other helpful properties of the plant that work together with each other. Nature provided us plants and their properties as a whole to keep us safe and healthy, it is very hard to overdose on a non poisonous plant. This is another reason I created this company so that I can educate people on herbs as well as make available to them natural products that have not been over produced or overly expensive.
